📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the distribution, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of building materials to construction sites.
• Manage inventory using SAP and other warehouse management systems.
• Monitor and optimize logistics operations using GPS tracking and other tools.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in the warehouse and on the road.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the building materials distribution industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and logistics software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Warehouse Management or Logistics would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
