Maintenance Technician (Building Systems & Facilities)

Join PT. In this hands-on position, you will be the first point of contact for all maintenance issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. You will use a variety of tools and equipment, including electrical testers, plumbing tools, and HVAC equipment, to diagnose and fix issues promptly. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our facilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, using tools such as electrical testers, plumbing tools, and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, working closely with the facilities management team to ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, fire alarms, and security systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule and oversee maintenance work, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs, to maintain a comprehensive record of building systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in building maintenance, attending training programs and workshops as needed.
• Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field.
• Proven experience in maintaining building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to Bali.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment such as electrical testers, plumbing tools, and HVAC equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with building management software, such as FM:pro or ServiceMax, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
