As an HR Industrial Relations Specialist at PT Gadai Mulia Sejahtera, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting investigations, and developing and implementing strategies to improve workplace harmony. You will use tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to streamline your processes and ensure efficient communication with all stakeholders. With a focus on regulatory compliance and a deep understanding of labor laws, you will ensure that our company operates within the legal framework while fostering a culture of mutual respect and understanding.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain positive employee relations by addressing conflicts and grievances.
• Conduct investigations into workplace issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace harmony and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between management and employees.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support to managers on effective employee relations practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee relations initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Industrial Relations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
