📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our restaurant.
• Source and screen candidates for various positions, including but not limited to chefs, servers, and managers.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with our management team.
• Design and deliver training programs to onboard new hires and upskill our existing team.
• Utilize HR software such as BambooHR and Greenhouse to manage our recruitment and training processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and restaurant operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to our management team on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and training.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in HR practices, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the ability to communicate effectively with both management and employees.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
