📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of operations personnel, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational protocols and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
• Handle and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Ensure that all facilities meet health and safety standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing facility operations in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using facility management software such as FMPro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
