AC Technician & Installer (Jabodetabek) - Contract Position

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install and maintain various types of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRF systems, and chiller-based systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform load calculations and provide recommendations for the most suitable air conditioning solutions for clients.
• Work with our engineering team to develop and implement new installation and maintenance protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, including pre-installation consultations, post-installation support, and regular check-ups.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in air conditioning.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AC Technician or Installer, with a focus on residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment, including refrigerant recovery machines, multi-meters, and various types of air conditioning units.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices for air conditioning installation and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Valid certification as an AC Technician or Installer, such as a Refrigeration Technician Certificate or equivalent.
• Familiarity with using software such as AutoCAD or other design tools for creating technical drawings and diagrams.
