📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and hydrafacial, using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Assist dermatologists in diagnosing and treating skin conditions, providing personalized skincare advice, and educating clients on skin health.
• Recommend and market skincare products to clients based on their individual needs and skin type.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stored.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in skincare and dermatology by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their treatments.
• Manage client schedules and communicate with the reception and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a cohesive and professional client experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Facial Therapist or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performing facial treatments and assisting dermatologists.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and dermatological procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with using LED therapy devices, microdermabrasion machines, and hydrafacial systems.
