🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic talent management and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
• Proficient in HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
