📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reported.
• Use industry-standard software such as QuickBooks or SAP to manage and analyze financial data.
• Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting best practices and industry trends to ensure the highest standards of financial integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
