📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of training software and tools,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Proven track record of successful training programs
