📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware products.,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and maintain API documentation.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with API documentation is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
