This position is based in Sulawesi Utara, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of employees, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.,Participate in the Supervisor Development Program, attending workshops, seminars, and other training activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
