📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize costs.,Monitor and analyze financial markets to identify opportunities and risks.,Manage and control the company's cash and liquidity positions.,Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts for senior management.,Coordinate with banks, investment managers, and other financial institutions to secure favorable terms for loans, deposits, and other financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on cash and treasury matters.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation.,Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective cash and treasury management strategies.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and external partners.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
