📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Manage and supervise a team of registered nurses and nursing assistants.,Ensure compliance with medical protocols, regulations, and best practices.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of the nursing department's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).,Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
