📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design, development, and optimization of die bonder systems and components.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for new projects.,Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for die bonder processes.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to die bonder systems.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in mechanical engineering principles and die bonder technology.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mechanical engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
