📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for restocking.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
