📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Manage the procurement process, including purchasing orders, invoices, and payments.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to track spending and identify trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
