📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Manage and analyze customer data using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, and print ads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales promotions and discounts.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of retail events and trade shows.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both existing and potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, retail, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
