In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
