📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Negotiate job offers and onboarding details with selected candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and hiring partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
