📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality software delivery.,Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies to ensure the quality of software products.,Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them.,Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products meet customer requirements and industry standards.,Monitor and analyze testing metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or a similar role in the software industry.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.,Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.,Experience with performance testing, load testing, and security testing.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality software delivery.
