📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure that all food is prepared according to high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep up with customer preferences and trends.,Train and mentor junior cooks and kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures.,Monitor food costs and ensure that the kitchen operates within budget.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that all food service operations run smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local cuisine and cultural preferences is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
