📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement cost-saving measures and financial strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
