In this role, you'll be working closely with our head chef and kitchen team to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring that every meal meets our high standards of quality and taste. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations, and contributing to a positive team environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen operations.
• Adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures, including shift schedules and break times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment, including but not limited to grills, ovens, and fryers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
