In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales of our products and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales of products by providing information and recommendations to customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information and pricing.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Assist in the organization and management of the retail space, including stock control and display.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
