📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Analyze financial data and provide strategic financial advice to the management to support business decision-making.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance and ensure financial stability.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.,Monitor and control expenses, and develop cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.,Provide financial training and support to employees to enhance their financial literacy and understanding of financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
