📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance within the organization.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational company is a plus.
