📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the hotel's laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and ironing linens.
• Ensure that all linens are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use according to hotel standards.
• Monitor and maintain the laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a seamless flow of linens between departments.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Perform quality checks on linens to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Assist in the organization and storage of linens to optimize space and efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid first aid certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
