📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote the growth and competitiveness of SMEs in Bangka Belitung.
• Coordinate with government agencies, industry associations, and local stakeholders to create a supportive ecosystem for SMEs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of SMEs in the region, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Facilitate access to financing, training, and technical assistance for SMEs to support their development and growth.
• Organize and participate in industry events, workshops, and conferences to foster networking and knowledge sharing among SMEs.
• Advocate for policies and initiatives that support the SME sector, working closely with the provincial government to drive positive change.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Small and Medium Industries Division team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Represent the Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bangka Belitung at national and international forums to promote the region's SME sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SME development, strategic planning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, projects, or initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the SME sector, including its challenges, opportunities, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with government policies, regulations, and procedures related to the SME sector.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
