📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the F&B Service Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service.,Train and supervise F&B Service staff to maintain consistent service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Prepare and present daily reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service strategies.,Promote a positive and professional work environment for all staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B service industry.,Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting principles.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to travel and work during peak hours.
