Duta Putri Health Center is looking for an Assistant Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for our healthcare staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare training and a passion for improving patient care through education and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs for healthcare staff.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, providing clear and concise instructions to staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to trainers.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant attendance.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth operation of training programs.,Assist in the development and updating of training materials and resources.,Provide support to staff members in need of additional training or development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare training or a related field.,Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
