📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a section within the organization,Coordinate and supervise the work of section members,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance,Monitor section activities and ensure they align with organizational goals,Provide guidance and support to section members,Assist in the recruitment and training of new section members,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of section activities,Report to the Section Head on section performance and progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Familiarity with HR management and best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills
