We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Karawang. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a keen interest in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by accurately scanning and ringing up items.,Manage cash transactions, including handling cash payments, issuing receipts, and providing change.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking products and ensuring all equipment is in working order.,Assist in stock management by counting inventory and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and through social media platforms.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.,Proficient in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus.
