📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.
  • Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware as needed.
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal operation.
  • Assisting in the implementation of IT security measures.
  • Providing training and documentation to end-users.
  • Assisting in the management of IT assets and inventory.
  • Collaborating with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
  • Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
