PT Fajar Terang is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Head Chef to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and executing daily kitchen operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
