Hub Prime Berjaya is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, training, or a related field, and a deep understanding of the learning and development needs of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the strategic goals of the organization.,Identify and analyze the learning and development needs of employees and teams.,Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning interventions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure that learning and development programs are relevant and effective.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Maintain and update the organization's learning and development resources and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in education, training, human resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning and development tools and technologies.,Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
