JUNCTION Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, along with a strong leadership and management background.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.,Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve operational and service excellence.,Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.Knowledge of food cost control and menu engineering.
